Dave Anderson, President
As president of Construction Technologies, L.L.C., David Anderson holds 28 years experience in construction management and general contracting. Anderson’s background offers a critical blend of insight into every construction project, an asset which brings control to the creative process thereby minimizing construction costs.

Prior to joining Construction Technologies, David began his career as a project manager for the Bunce Corporation where he specialized in designing and building financial institutions. In 1983, Anderson formed CPM Corporation. As president and owner of CPM for the last 24 years, Anderson was involved in construction management and general contracting for commercial, industrial and institutional clients throughout the United States and in two foreign countries.

Anderson earned a degree in civil engineering from the University of Illinois and a degree in mathematics from Western Illinois University. David is currently Mayor for the City of DeSoto, Kansas where he spent eight years on the planning commission, three as chairman. Anderson also served as president and elder at the Redeemer Lutheran Church in Olathe, Kansas.
 

 
 
Chuck Burdett, Vice President, Chief Operations Officer, holds 24 years experience in construction management and general contracting. Chuck’s background brings a multitude of project management experience for various project types and sizes which helps in creating a basis of flexibility for projects which Construction Technologies, LLC can perform.

Chuck joined Construction Technologies’ team in January 2006 as Director of Operations, and is responsible for oversight of all business functions. His vast experience in the construction industry has been invaluable in hiring key employees for this growing company. Implementing firm policies and procedures has enabled growth and allowed Construction Technologies, LLC to retain clients and secure new ones.

Prior to joining Construction Technologies, Chuck was a project manager/estimator for RD Andersen Construction, a small to medium sized general contractor. From there, Chuck was a Senior Project Manager for Walton Construction, one of the largest general contractors in Kansas City. In 1996, Chuck formed C.L. Burdett Construction, L.L.C. which was a small general contracting firm that completed projects ranging from small office remodel/tenant finishes, to complete construction of churches, to a 60,000 SF multi-story apartment complex.

Chuck graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelors in Construction Science. He is very active in his church, Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church in Olathe, Kansas. He has served as an elder, chairman of trustees, and youth counselor. Currently Chuck is serving as President of the congregation.
 
 
 
 
 
Roger D. Commer, Senior Project Manager, has 32 years of construction experience in the field and offices in general contracting and construction management. He attended Kansas State University and received his Bachelor of Architecture and his BS in Construction Science degrees. He previously worked for J.E. Dunn Construction for 16 years as a project manager, performing construction management on school projects in the Kansas City area. Projects included the Shawnee Mission School District, the Hickman Mills School District, the Kansas City Missouri School District, Bishop Miege High School, and the Clinton County R-III School District in Plattsburg, MO. ranging in size from $6 million to $30 million. Roger also managed from pre-construction/design through construction and closeout two Platte County Missouri YMCA’s, Community Centers, in Parkville, MO. ($10 million) and Platte City, MO. ($6 million).
 
Roger managed, for J.E. Dunn, as a joint venture partner with Meco Systems out of Springfield, MO. an outlet mall in Branson, MO. Roger also completed renovation of the Shawnee Mission North District Stadium, a $6 million project and managed construction of the Kansas City Missouri Battalion Headquarters – Fire Station #14, a $5 million project. While with the Konrath Group, a construction management company in Kansas City, he represented the owner as on site construction manager on the $13 million expansion/renovation of the KC Music Hall stage and stagehouse.
 
 
 
 
 
Brad Holmer, Estimating, joined the Construction Technologies, LLC team in March of 2007 as an Estimator.

Brad started his career in the construction industry by working for a local residential builder. During his tenure he was responsible for all phases of construction. In 1990, Brad started building homes on his own and continued until 1998. He also worked as a foreman for a local lumber company. Brad also holds a 2 year degree in drafting from Kaw Area Technical College.

Brad's 30 years of experience in the construction industry has given him the ability to visualize building projects, anticipate difficulties and formulate resolution. His extensive knowledge of products and their application has led to value engineering projects which in turn save our clients money.

Brad has made his home in the Silver Lake, KS area. He has enjoyed coaching girls fast pitch softball, as well as volunteering for the Northeast Kansas Track Club. Brad has served as an elder and is currently Vice President of the Christian Lutheran Church in Topeka, KS.
 
 
 
 
 
Glenn Harbaugh, Project Manager, joined Construction Technologies in 1997 and has more than twenty-five years experience in the construction industry. He first began with the company as Controller, responsible for all aspects of accounting, financial reporting and risk management. Glenn has now moved to project management where he oversees overall project budgeting, scheduling, job cost tracking and cost-to-complete forecasts.

Prior to joining Construction Technologies, Glenn was the owner of Harbaugh Construction, Inc., where he was active in residential construction and office tenant improvements for over thirteen years. He built more than 150 homes, finished over 500,000 square feet of office space and was general contractor on two commercial office buildings in the Independence area. Returning to the financial management arena in 1995, Glenn was Controller for an MBE/DBE construction management firm specializing in non-profit and government projects. There he monitored contract conformity, certified payroll and prevailing wage reports along with job cost tracking and financial management unique to that field.

Glenn holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from the University of Missouri at Columbia where he majored in Finance and Banking. His diversified construction experience and strong financial skills combine to make him an asset to Construction Technologies as well as the clients and customers served.
  
 
 
 
 
Brian Hall, Project Manager, joined Construction Technologies in January 2007 as a project manager. His responsibilities include estimating, job cost tracking, sub-contractor scheduling, job supervision, progress billing, owner correspondence and job completion.

Brian has held the position of project manager and estimator for the last ten years. During those years he worked half of them in the commercial general contracting industry and the other half in the site development and underground excavation industry. Brian has grown up in the construction industry and has over twenty years of carpentry experience. He has a very diversified background, which gives him a solid understanding of new construction along with remodeling and tenant finish projects.

Brian is a graduate of Pittsburg State University where he obtained a bachelors degree in construction management. Brian’s degree and positive attitude along with his strong construction background makes him well suited for his chosen profession.
 
 
 
 
 
Todd Manson, Assistant Project Manager, joined Construction Technologies in September 2008 as a Project Engineer. His responsibilities include estimating, job cost tracking, sub-contractor scheduling, job supervision, progress billing, owner correspondence, and job completion.

Todd is a graduate of Pittsburg State University where he obtained a Bachelors of Science and Technology degree, with an emphasis in Construction Management. Todd has had exposure to Civil and Commercial projects through internships with D.H. Blattner & Sons and Neighbors Construction Company. Todd has also worked with a civil and structural engineering company performing construction oversight, field testing, and inspections.
